Denver Jackson’s Registroid

We’re delighted to feature this illustration of our Registroid by Denver Jackson, a Victoria-based animator and filmmaker. Jackson’s imagery of people dancing and playing with the machine captures the playful and engaging environment our machines strive to create, encouraging visitors to “play with strangers”. Learn more about the art of Denver Jackson here.

There are four Registroids in existence throughout North America. This drawing is of the first, and perhaps most iconic, Monkey C Interactive mutant machine, Reggie (Registroid v1) 2013. Reggie has been to dozens of festivals, cities and events, and can now frequently be found outside the Artcade engaging people on the sidewalk. Reggie loves to give out free candy to those it vibes best with.

Working with Swag Print Factory we have children - adult size black t-shirts available for sale in-store.

We’re also stocking a limited supply of Denver Jackson’s ‘The Art of The Worlds Divide’, a book showcasing the art of his feature length animated film of the same name. Learn more about the film here.
